About Me

My background is that of a professional librarian, and for the last 20+ years I've worked almost exclusively in the field of electronic publications.

I first discovered the internet in 1992, and became an Internet consultant in 1996. I spend most of my time teaching about the internet, writing/designing websites for clients, doing search engine optimization, writing about the internet, either in professional journals or in my own books, and I speak about the internet at conferences and exhibitions in the UK and abroad.
