TiddlyWiki - a reusable non-linear personal web notebook.  It allows anyone to create personalselfcontained hypertext documents that can be posted to aWebserver, sent by email or kept on a USB thumb drive to make a wiki on a stick. Because it doesn't need to be installed and configured it makes a great guerillawiki. No, I don't know what most of those terms mean either!
