Webby Chat. The chat box opens in a window in the browser, which remains over a site visit. Looks ok, though names appear to be based on your location, but I was talking to a developer who said that they're working on that. It looks to be an interesting resource and does mean you can continue a chat with someone even if they're doing other things on your site. Worth checking out.
