BackupUrl

This is a nice little resource. If there's a page that you want to take a copy of you can simply visit BackupUrl and type in the address. This resource will then go and collect a copy of the page for you, store it and provide you with a tiny URL address as well. You could of course use something like a screenshot capture process, but the nice thing about this service is that it's very easy to share the link, without having to waste time cutting and pasting.
