I am currently building a disposable temp email site. Mine works for 15 minutes only though. It is still new but I hope to get it listed further.

I have a better solution- instead of playing the anonymous email game, go to https://www.silentsender.com and try that instead. You can send an anonymous message, and you never send an email- your identity is protected. It's pretty cool, you just type out your message, put in the email address you want it to go to and they send a notfication email to the recipient to come and pickup their message on their site. No re-mailer or sneaky hopping though servers. Nice and clean. It's at http://www.silentsender.com
