Capture and Annotate Developer :: Add-ons for Firefox. Very nice. No restart needed. Crop part of the page, outline, arrow, line, free draw, text and blur. When you've done, you can save online temporarily or to Diigo, or save locally as a file. This has just taken over as my favourite screenshot program.

Awesome if you like you like affiliate links injected into your Google searches. This was done without user consent and there was absolutely no attempt made to inform the user.
