However, there's also SimonShows and a host of others mentioned on my 'I want to' weblog under Collaboration: presentations.
Powerbullet Presenter. Presenter is a small, simple and free program for creating presentations in the Flash™ format. You don't need any experience to create slick animated presentations by simply typing, clicking and dragging. Powerbullet Presenter is specifically designed for creating multi-page presentations that are commonly used in electronic sales brochures and catalogues, splash screens, slideshows and student projects. You can also create a self-running show, specifying delays on each page, or you can link the timing to the sound attached to each page.
PhotoShow | Home - Turn your photos into a musical slideshow. Add pictures, whack in some music, throw in some captions and garnish with transitions and you're done.
Preezo - Presentations for the Web. Create professional quality presentations using an ultra-fast Ajax user interface. Access your presentations from any computer with an Internet connection and a modern browser. Reuse images or the content of entire slides from easy to use galleries. Distribute presentations to clients and colleages without having to email huge PowerPoint files.
Link: Slidestory Home. Tell a story using your photographs and narrate in your own voice.
authorSTREAM Present and Share PowerPoint Online. Looks very like Slideshare.net in that you can upload Powerpoint presentations, share them, lock them and so on. Looks perfectly fine, but since I've invested time in Slideshare I'll stick there.
SlideAware. Not sure if I've mentioned this one before, but it's a slide share application. Collaborate in real time and collect feedback, share the presentation, track what's been viewed and embed into blogs, wikis and web pages. If you don't like this one, try:
Preezo
ZohoShow
Empressr
Thumbstacks
Slideburner
My clear favourite however remains Slideshare
