Then it'll do 5 minutes of screen casting, allowing you to also add in a voice commentary if you've got the necessary. This can then be made available to anyone who needs to see it. OR... as in most cases, you get someone else to do this, and send it to you so that you can see what's wrong. Great for those relations who regard you as the computer guru.
