ReadWriteWeb has done a nice annotated collection of wishlists for Christmas, though to be honest, if you're only getting a wishlist together now you're pretty damn late! I've mentioned a few that I've not seen before below in other posts.

boxedup. You can import your Amazon wish list and use a browser plug in to add new stuff. As seems quite common with these things there is a recent activity on public lists available, so remember to keep things private!
Giftag – Pick Anything. Go to any website, pick stuff, add it to your list, share with friends and family, hope for presents. However, wishlists don't appear to be private, since stuff is posted on the first page for anyone to see, which seems incredibly stupid to me, but there you go.
