The visual thesaurus

The visual thesaurus

The visual thesaurus at http://www.visualthesaurus.com is a nice idea. You can see how it works - you whack in your word and it comes up with a bunch of meanings visually interconnected. You can click on one for more information and drag them around. Over on the right hand side theres other, textual information.

The visual map fell off the left hand side of my screen, which was a shame, but I could 'pull' it back to view. Unfortunately it's a priced product you can buy or subscribe to, so I can't see I'll be using it myself.
