Stephen Fry talks about Web 2.0. Yes, that Stephen Fry. And unless he's been very well briefed he's got a fair idea of what he's talking about. Oh dear, that sounds terribly patronising - why shouldn't an actor/comedian/presenter know about Web 2.0? However, it's still unexpected, but very welcome nonetheless. He's clearly clued up, since there are other interviews on the same site from him about technology in general and the internet specifically.
In this interview, which lasts about 5 minutes, he looks at definitions for Web 2, answers the question 'should we be afraid of it?', looks at user generated content, the changes it will make to traditional tv and finally, what excites him about it. Worth looking at. Thanks to the ever valuable Information Overlord for this one.
