Web-Based Instant Messengers: A Mini-Guide

I often talk about instant messaging on the courses I run and talks that I give, and often the response is 'great, but we're not allowed to have them.'  Web-Based Instant Messengers: A Mini-Guide should help overcome that problem. It's a list of lots of resources that allow you to have IM, but without the security problems etc that some tecchies seem to think you'll have. Thanks to the Librarian in Black for the link.
