I did see mention of her views a few weeks ago. Reminds me of the US Child Online Protection Act (COPA) - which was held to be unconstitutional -where they tried to make it criminal to communicate "for commercial purposes" any material considered to be "harmful to minors." Onus here was on website owners rather than ISPs of course, but a lot of the same misplaced ideas that we 'protect' children by trying to sanitise the world. I think she should ban all films rated above U whilst she's at it. Bring onnthe fluffy bunnies (but only if not not of a Playboy variety ...)
