LiveNinja is an interesting site. It allows you to set yourself up as a 'ninja' or guru and offer online training sessions for a fee that you set. You can decide when you're available, group rates and so on. They'll check you out, put you on their site and then sit back and see what happens. Which is what I'm doing. Very quick and easy to create an account, but since I've not tried the rest of it yet I can't comment further.
