How Far Did Your Tweet Travel? This is a nice tool. Simply type in a @name, hashtag, URL and so on, and see how far it travels. Here's a sample screenshot:
It then goes on to show you who has tweeted your search term and how many people it has gone out to, so it really gives you an indication of well, how far your tweet reaches! You can use it in manual mode for free, but there are also a variety of commercial versions available if you want to monitor terms.
