If you want to learn how to use Excel, take a look at Easy Excel which provides you with access to tutorials which cover all aspects of the software. You can read about the basics, functions, data analysis and variables. There's also 300 examples to help you out. It's also entirely free, supported by adverts. Not something that I need to know, but this could be a real help if you need to understand something quickly.
