LIghtshot for taking screen pics

Lightshot claims that that it's the fastest way to take a customisable screenshot. Select an area on the screen, copy it and it automatically gets uploaded to their servers with a link so that you can start using it at once. One thing I particularly liked was the ability to do a similar image search from the picture that you've just captured. It's a freebie and it works on various different platforms.
