It's a real nuisance when you get some photographs on your phone and you then have to transfer them across to your computer. There are various ways that you can do it of course; I've always just automatically copied them into my Google photos app, which then uploads them to the cloud and I can then pull them down. However, it's a pain to say the least. I've just discovered a brilliant tool that takes all of the pain out of the situation, and it's called ScanTransfer. You download the software onto your desktop or laptop and install it. You then choose where you want your photographs copied to. Next you start ScanTransfer and it shows you a QR code. Using your mobile phone camera focus on it, and that takes you to a website, and at that point you simply highlight the photographs you want copied. They then get copied. And that is IT! Fast, simple and it's my new way of transferring photographs.
My phone automatically uploads any photos I've taken on my phone to Dropbox, so if you use Dropbox, you can set that up. No need to do anything from then on!
