This is a clever tool, and one that would work well on training courses for example. You provide a URL of the page that you want and then InFocus pulls a copy of it for you to play with. You then highlight the bit that you're interested in and the rest of the page is greyed out. You then have a URL that you can share with other people. I tried it out, highlighting the search elements of my home page so you can click on the link, or if you're lazy (like me!), this is what it looks like:

Neat and simple. I'd like it more if you could add more than one highlight and I'd really like it if you could annotate it, but it's still a really useful resource.

Well, that's their blurb, all in one neat handy title element. Input a URL, create a 'klip', write what you want to say, extract content. Create your own pages as well. Looks nice and easy to use, with good functionality. Would be good for education or guided tours.

Memonic free and easy resource this one. Add the bookmarklet, clip the bits of the page that you want, save to sets, and you're done.

I don't often see many webpage annotation packages, so it was interesting to look at  Webride. Basically it allows you to put a small 'guestbook' onto a page, allowing other people to comment and have discussions.
