Following on from my previous post, perhaps government departments should be using this service. It's an excellent 'why didn't I think of that' idea - the Usability exchange employs people with various disabilities to test out websites. Obviously it's a commercial service (starting at about £300) but surely for a government site, or a big commercial site, it's a cost worth paying?
