Too old for the internet!

Link: Sorry, you can't have the internet... you're over 70. That is if you try and order it from Carphone Warehouse. A 75 year old woman decided that she wanted an internet connection and was told that she couldn't sign up because she was too old to understand the contract. Before Carphone Warehouse would take her order they said that she'd have to turn up with a younger member of her family who could explain it to her.

I suspect that their PR department is now doing a good impression of a chicken without a head...
