Using Web 2.0 in your library

Finally! In the event that you've noticed that I've been a little bit quiet on the blogging front recently, this should explain it. I'm just finishing up the first draft of a new book to be published by Facet, called Using Web 2.0 in your library.
It's 12 chapters:
What is Web 2.0?
RSS
Weblogs
Podcasts
Start Pages
Bookmarks
Search Builders
Creating Pages
Instant Messaging
Photosharing
Other resources
Utilising Web 2.0 and Library 2.0
It's been great fun to write, but has been a real push to get it finished - I only gave myself a fairly short period of time to write it to keep it as fresh and up to date as possible, so Christmas was spent writing.
There will also be a Website to accompany the book as well, which is obviously Web 2.0 based, and I'm hoping that readers will get involved with the site to keep the URLs up to date, add in new information, ask questions, add comments and so on. There will be more details on that in due course. As for now I'm just glad that it's done!
Congrats Phil! I can't wait to get a copy.

Thanks! If all goes according to plan, this should be published sometime in April.
