Follow changes to any website by creating a custom feed in your Google Reader to a page that doesn't have an RSS feed. Reader will then "periodically visit the page and publish any significant changes it finds as items in a custom feed created just for that page." I'm afraid I can't define 'periodically' or 'significant' though. It'll be interesting to see the effect that this has on existing webpage checking services such as 'Watch that page.'
Thank you! I had not seen this, but I've been using Google Reader more and more --- this will let me monitor what's new at a publisher that I like, without me having to check all the time. :)
