Twiangulate is actually very good indeed. Simply pop in the names of 2 or 3 people that you follow and this resource will find the people that the follow in common. It will find combinations of people all 3 follow, or that just 2 follow. You can also include or exclude people that you follow, although I found this slightly ineffective since it was listing people that I know that I do follow. The results give options to follow, view their profiles, see their linked website, view their biographies, see follow/following figures and check locations.
I did a quick search (well, I say quick - it was actually quite slow so I just left it whirling away in the background) with 3 of the people that I follow and I very quickly found several new people that looked interesting. I'll certainly be spending some more time playing around with this application - great fun!

Thank you for your comments Phil! In addition to seeing who 3 people follow in common, we've just added a couple of new features today: a) Discover a tweep's most influential followers. b) Discover a tweep's smallest friends (the folks who really matter to him/her.) c) Get a list of followers in common between two or three tweeps.
