Hi Phil
That's a really good point and it was one of the stand out tips I took away from the "Getting senior management buy in. Facebook in the public sector" presentation at a recent training event. We were urged to stop prattling on about 'social media' and instead talk in terms that senior management understand, using phrases like 'delivering digital engagement' and 'channel shift,, 'innovation', 'customer experience' and 'value for money'. Here's a link to the slideshow on the comms2point0 website http://www.comms2point0.co.uk/download-some-good-stuff/ It's worth a look.

Suddenly so much about Stephen Fry makes sense when I realise that he is stuck in a life. Sorry, couldn't resist it.
