Just because it's Christmas it doesn't mean that I've stopped finding things. Photocat——Photo editing made fun is another photo editing tool which is nice, does what it should and provides good results. Free, no need to register etc. I thought I'd add in an example of what it can do - it sharpened this image up, I put an HDR filter on it, removed some stuff, added a border, texture and balloon and words.
